FAQs

iMart.ng is a Nigerian based online shopping and offline shopping outfit that allows you shop for your desired items from our online platform. We have well trained shopping and delivery team that make sure your order is followed and delivered to you within the shortest period of time.
Customers can shop on iMart.ng for items such as Car Diagnostic Tool, Security Cameras and Car Vacuum Cleaner. When customers add items to their order basket, they have the choice of selecting their preferred delivery window from multiple options. The website is user-friendly and the service is interactive. We keep customers updated at every stage of the processing of their order.
iMart.ng currently partners with some of the biggest manufacturers of Car Diagnostic Tools such as Launch. We are still working to partner with more OEMs.
Currently, we are based in Abuja, Lagos and Kaduna and we deliver to anywhere in the above locations within 24 hours of order confirmation. Are you outside Abuja, Lagos and Kaduna? Don’t worry! We can deliver to you anywhere in Nigeria within 48 hours. That is the promise.
After your order is confirmed online, we will give you a call to reconfirm your order and your address. Within 24 hours, your purchased items will be delivered to you if you are in Abuja, Lagos and Kaduna. Customers in other states have their items delivered within 48 hours.
We accept online payments from all major Naira denominated debit and credit cards as well as international Mastercard and Visa cards. You can pay cash after the items are delivered to you. Cash on delivery works only within Abuja, Lagos and Kaduna.
The images you see on iMart.ng are the actual items we have in our store. The images reflect the actual colour and design of the items. Where size and weight are not stated, you can contact us for details.
If we deliver an incorrect or damaged item (damage that has been caused by us), we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. For us to replace such items, customers will need to notify the delivery personnel of their observation at the point of delivery. Once customers have taken delivery of their order and signed confirming this, they take ownership of the items and iMart.ng will be unable to accept any returns.
When we receive customer orders, we begin processing them immediately. So once an order has been placed and paid for, iMart.ng is unable to accept a cancellation of the order.
